You fill out our simple online form with your career goals and most recent resume (if you have one). This information will help us understand more about your situation.

We assign your order

We assign your order to one of our experienced resume writers (typically happens within 1-2 days, but orders can be expedited for a faster turnaround).

We update your resume

Your writer collaborates with you via email to update your resume. If expedited, we guarantee the first draft of your resume will be done within 48 hours of placing an order (or we'll refund you the expedited fee!).

You pay for your order

After you review the first draft of your new resume, you pay for your order. After payment is made, your writer offers up to 2 additional revisions to finalize your resume.

We complete your order

After your resume is finalized, your writer completes any additional services in your order (e.g. cover letter, LinkedIn profile).

When do I pay?

For package orders: After you place an order, we'll send you the first draft of your new resume. Once you view and are satisfied with the progress on your resume, we ask that you make payment. We'll then provide up to two additional revisions of your resume and complete any additional services that you ordered (e.g. cover letter, LinkedIn profile). For all other orders (individual services / returning clients): You pay when placing an order.

How long does it take?

Most orders take 3-5 days to complete the first draft. However, you have the option to expedite your order. Expediting your order costs $45 (paid up-front). We guarantee your first resume draft will be sent to you within 48 hours of placing an order, or we'll refund you the expedited fee.

Do you work in my industry?

Our team of 30+ professional writers have worked with clients in all industries and at all experience levels. In the (very) rare event that we don't have someone with experience writing in your field, we'll reach out to you after placing an order. Remember, you don't pay us anything until we've completed the first draft of your new resume.

How do I communicate with my writer?

We communicate with clients via email and text message. This is done as a matter of efficiency and allows us to offer extremely competitive prices for our services.

What is your 60-day interview guarantee?

This guarantee applies to the Professional Package. If you haven't received any interviews after 60 days from paying for your order, we'll rewrite your resume at no additional cost. You must have applied to at least 10 jobs to qualify.
