We review a series of public and private job boards to source jobs of interest. When we find an opening that meets your stated criteria, we'll send it to you for review. Our goal is to reduce the amount of time you spend visiting websites and talking to recruiters by streamlining the job sourcing process. We provide up to 20 job lists per month for you to review as part of this service.

Targeted Job Applications
Vetted for ATS
Once you find a job of interest, we'll create a targeted CV and cover letter for that position. We'll also review the job application form and provide a strong response to any additional questions that are part of the application. You can then review that content prior to the formal application. All CVs and cover letters are written to pass Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and score 80 or higher on one of the leading ATS-scoring systems. When we create the targeted application, we'll send you a report that shows the ATS match. This step is critical in today's AI/software driven hiring process, and it's a key differentiator in the service we provide clients. We provide up to 10 targeted job applications per month.

Interview Preparation
We provide unlimited mock-interview and interview preparation strategy meetings. We'll help you develop a brand and practice communicating that brand to employers. Offer Negotiation
You can send us any offer you receive. We'll review it and provide written ideas on how to negotiate that offer. We can also discuss this over the phone and strategise how you can communicate this effectively and constructively. Our breadth of experience is particularly helpful to find win-win scenarios for you and your employer that maximise your total compensation (e.g. retirement benefits, health insurance benefits, signing bonus, moving expenditures, home-office expenses, salary, hourly wage, overtime, etc.).

How do I get started / how does it work?
No credit is required to get started. You'll select a package and then fill out an online questionnaire. We'll assign your order to a writer or recruiter who will get started. See full details here.

How long does it take?
Most orders take 3-5 days to complete the first draft. However, you have the option to expedite your order. Expediting your order costs €35 (paid up-front). Who do I work with for the TopStack Recruiter service?
You will have a dedicated TopStack Recruiter that serves as your primary point of contact for all services. Note that, in some cases, depending on your situation (e.g. your industry, geographic location, etc.), we might have a different specialist provide the the Interview Preparation and Offer Negotiation services.
Do you work in my industry?
We have a large team of writers and recruiters, and we work with clients in all industries and at all experience levels.
How do I communicate with my writer?
Our Basic Package and Professional Package offer text-based communication (email / text). Our TopStack Recruiter service, though, has some services, such as Interview Preparation, that are done via phone.
Can you explain more about your guarantees?
Our 60-day interview guarantee applies to the Professional Package. If you haven't received any interviews after 60 days from paying for your order, we'll rewrite your CV at no additional cost. You must have applied to at least 10 jobs to qualify.
Our 6-month job offer guarantee applies to the TopStack Recruiter service. If you haven't received a job offer after 6 months of using our service, we'll provide up to 6 additional months of service at no cost. You must have paid for the TopStack Recruiter service for 6 months to qualify.
What is your refund policy?
For Package orders: It's free to get started, and you are under no obligation to proceed with the order unless you are satisfied with the work. Once you pay, we only provide refunds for services that have not been completed. For example, if you purchased a professional package and have only received a CV, then we are able to refund you for the services not yet received (e.g. the cover letter and LinkedIn profile).
For TopStack Recruiter orders: If you accidentally forget to cancel your subscription prior to a billing cycle, we’ll refund you if you notify us within 72 hours of the payment being made. Otherwise, we do not offer refunds.
